Key Responsibilities:
- Address complex software issues within the SAP Ariba product area promptly and reliably.
- Demonstrate a thorough comprehension of cloud technology and associated life cycle management concepts.
- Showcase expertise across the entire SAP Ariba Solutions portfolio, encompassing proficiency in MM business processes and integration aspects.
- Foster client partnerships to proactively impart knowledge and amplify the value of SAP Ariba solutions for clients.
- Maintain availability for shifts and on-call support during weekends, adhering to the specified schedule.
- Understand object-oriented programming techniques, SQL, and fundamental Java programming.
- The ideal candidate should exhibit strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Optimize available time to efficiently complete tasks and accurately articulate any reported problems or symptoms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
Preferred skills:
