Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative and generalist duties efficiently.
- Utilize multiple channels for sourcing and screen resumes and applications.
- Respond to employee inquiries and issues promptly, offering effective solutions.
- Maintain communication with management and team members to ensure updates are shared.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive search strategies aimed at enhancing processes and policies.
- Conduct exit interviews, introductory calls, and feedback surveys to collect input and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned and serve as a backup for recruitment tasks as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with a background in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
- Possess an analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain relentless follow-up.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in a startup environment is highly advantageous.
