Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold pipelines, detailed models, and dashboards to facilitate the daily operations of the broader team effectively.
- Engage in professional and proactive communication and collaboration with diverse collaborators, program projects, and Business as Usual (BAU) initiatives.
- Engage in end-to-end participation and collaboration with Content partners, spanning from project inception and development to deployment and long-term maintenance.
- Conduct experiments with Content and agent data, utilizing natural language analysis techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to gain insights into agent behavior during interactions with Content.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL through hands-on experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Python/R programming languages.
- Previous experience in managing partner expectations and discerning the underlying business needs behind requests.
- Strong leadership skills and/or a track record of delivering outputs that meet or exceed expectations.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in utilizing Hive/Presto.
- Familiarity with utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
