Key Responsibilities:
- Process cases or verify transactions daily to ensure adherence to deadlines and meet internal targets consistently.
- Maintain productivity logs to facilitate Management Information generation.
- Report any anomalies encountered during processing.
- Consolidate Management information for reporting purposes.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing as necessary.
- Develop and revise process documents as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate with 0-1 year of experience in fiscal data entry processes.
- Demonstrates fast typing speed with accuracy.
- Proficient in computer usage, with a strong understanding of MS-Office products.
- Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Actively engages as a proactive team player.
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail.
