Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager and team in implementing the test strategy and maintaining quality standards by identifying and recommending suitable tests for automation across various layers.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of test plans through the development of appropriate test scenarios.
- Develop diverse test and automation suites including smoke tests, full regression tests, progression tests, and end-to-end system regression tests.
- Analyze the outcomes of automated tests to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Supply the business and team with pertinent data that centers on quality and initiatives for quality enhancement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in testing concepts across various domains including ideas, products, designs, and project execution.
- Possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in testing BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) applications, demonstrating expertise in crafting test cases and formulating test plans.
- Skilled in utilizing SQL for user testing and proficient in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) testing methodologies.
- Extensive experience in testing data warehouse or data mart applications deployed on public cloud platforms.
- Effective communicator capable of articulating complex technical ideas clearly to colleagues and management personnel.
- Demonstrated ability in fostering collaboration and managing stakeholders effectively.
