Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support SolarWinds suite of tools for medium to complex environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SolarWinds, possessing a solid understanding of design, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Perform configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of SolarWinds and related network management system tools.
- Maintain documentation of configured metrics and configurations for reference and future use.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, and Application stakeholders to assess and address monitoring needs effectively.
- Install, configure, and administer SolarWinds components, including Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Network Configuration Manager (NCM), and Network Traffic Analyzer (NTA).
- Demonstrate expertise in SolarWinds tool implementation, migration, and administration across various modules such as NPM, NCM, NTA, WPM, VNQM, and SAAS Product.
- Offer expertise in defining, monitoring, and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance standards are met.
- Identify, detect, and verify performance issues, determining the scope of the problem and providing necessary recommendations for resolution.

- Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate the ability to empathize, pacify, and handle irate customers with exceptional communication skills.
- Exhibit technical knowledge in troubleshooting Base Operating System issues and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security Apps, and other related systems over remote support.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer emails, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers.
- Conduct research using available resources to offer suitable solutions to customer inquiries.
- Utilize applicable software to research, identify, and resolve customer complaints.
- Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and domains to provide optimal user support.
- Document all call information following standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and notify the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and resolutions provided.
- Maintain accurate call logs and generate reports as required.
