Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and comprehend business needs.
- Design and propose innovative solutions aimed at enhancing process efficiency within HR operations.
- Keep abreast of market tools and industry best practices to incorporate into HR services.
- Provide technical support and expertise for HR systems and tools.
- Ensure the seamless functionality and integration of HR technology solutions.
- Develop clear documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate proposed solutions.
- Prioritize solutions based on their impact, feasibility, and alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and HR stakeholders, bridging the gap to ensure alignment of solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Hold a certification in Business Analysis or Project Management/ Lean Six Sigma.
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the HR domain.
- Possess a strong understanding of HR processes, spanning from hire to retire.
- Exhibit expertise in solution design, process optimization, and project management.
- Familiarity with HR technology tools, software, and systems.
- Showcase excellent communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Possess an analytical mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
Preferred skills:
- Possess experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
