Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with implementation teams, customers, and partners across multiple projects as an application development and solution architecture expert.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, guiding them on leveraging the Mendix platform for implementing complex business processes and solutions.
- Offer strategic advice to customers on effectively integrating the Mendix platform within their organization.
- Analyze internal and external business issues, proposing solutions and best practices accordingly.
- Lead the team of developers by setting an example and mentoring them in the craft of development.
- Define guidelines and maintain high-quality standards for Mendix application development.
- Ensure continuous engagement of developers within the project.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, guiding customers towards optimal solutions rather than obvious ones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, Enterprise Architects, Designers, and Developers.
- Foster collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a role model within the organization, providing mentorship to junior colleagues and embodying excellence in performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or a related information technology field is required.
- Possess professional expertise in software development.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Demonstrated track record in the development and operation of applications.
- Experience in integrating applications with APIs.
