Job Description:

  • As a member of the Support organization, your primary focus is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs.
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic channels, and address technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support and offering guidance and assistance to internal Oracle employees.
  • Handle diverse customer situations and escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure their satisfaction with Oracle products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the support experience.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously strive to improve support processes and procedures to better serve customer needs.
  • Stay informed about Oracle products and services to provide accurate and timely support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) regarding issues related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and utilization of Oracle products.
  • Deliver level one support to customers contacting the Oracle Solution Center, primarily through electronic channels.
  • Resolve problems related to Oracle products, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting established guidelines and standards.
  • Provide assistance with installation, maintenance, and usage of Oracle products to customers, OEMs, and VARs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.
  • Continuously strive to improve support processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on Oracle products and technologies to provide effective support and assistance.
