Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Agile team members to identify scenarios and workflows that accurately represent client usage of the application.
- Assist in reviewing requirements and designs to ensure functional accuracy.
- Develop, execute, and document test plans to verify the accuracy of the produced product.
- Analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and work collaboratively with others to resolve issues.
- Identify testing risks and implement mitigations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product within the established timeline.
- Collaborate with individuals who recommend, schedule, and facilitate cross-department testing events to uphold application quality.
- Participate in client focus groups and engage with clients as needed.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or possesses equivalent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates familiarity with the software development life cycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Possesses strong analytical abilities.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of testing and quality processes.
- Capable of swiftly assimilating new product knowledge.
- Able to accurately estimate task durations and complete work projects as scheduled.
- Exhibits clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Possesses knowledge in medical devices or healthcare software.
