Key Responsibilities:
- Possess strong expertise in Java 8 and above, applying Object-Oriented SOLID principles and design patterns to develop reusable and scalable microservices. Utilize technologies like the Spring Boot Framework and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Work within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) environment, making use of Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Employ suitable persistence mechanisms, including RDBMS and NoSQL databases, based on project requirements.
- Enforce Coding Best Practices and implement Code Quality gates in accordance with program norms.
- Conduct various Proofs-of-Concept as needed to address specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with different teams within MasterCard to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork in alignment with the Agile development environment.

- Possess a strong passion for technology and demonstrate Full Stack Developer skills and talent.
- Exhibit good knowledge of product development.
- Showcase strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with an advantageous background in working with Event Driven Architecture.
- Have experience in developing Online/Real-Time Systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices.
- Desirable experience includes working with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and Digital Native Architecture.
- Excel as a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and organize information.
- Display quick grasping and learning abilities to adapt to new technologies and concepts.
- Possess strong communication skills, emphasizing verbal and written communication, along with exceptional relationship-building, collaborative, and organizational skills.
- Work effectively as a member of a matrix-based, diverse, and geographically distributed project team.
