Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical and leadership skills in systems engineering or software engineering during the program.
• Undergo formal and on-the-job training with exposure to tracks such as Agile methodologies, change management, customer engagement, executive presence and communications, project management, and product management.
• While specific assignments are not guaranteed, efforts will be made to align preferences and skills with available opportunities.
• Exhibit qualities of being proactive, results-driven, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in engineering, software, systems, UI design, data analytics and modeling, or networking and cybersecurity.
• Showcase relevant internships or co-op experiences within engineering functions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering in CS, IT, ECE & EEE streams.

Preferred Skills:

• Have less than one year of professional work experience.
• Be flexible and mobile for potential travel.
• Attain strong academic performance, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 7.5 or higher preferred at the time of application.
