Key Responsibilities for Associate Analyst:
- Provide end-user support for key Risk Management tools.
- Act as a liaison between client teams, Risk Management team members, and various functional areas within the firm.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to learn quickly.
- Possess knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to digital performance.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations among various data points.
- Utilize experience in building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps.
- Manage tasks and activities in a timely manner, taking responsibility for specific outcomes.
- Plan and organize own work, keeping others informed of status and activities.
- Learn about the firm’s structure, business strategies, service lines, and its personnel.
- Build a network of connections within the Risk Management team and across the entire firm.
Key Responsibilities for Intern:
- Analyze variances in all profit and loss account items, reaching logical conclusions for such discrepancies.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and external financial accounting requirements, maintaining records and facilitating auditing functions.
- Provide support to Executives and Managers on research assignments and tasks related to compliance.
- Evaluate internal control systems and procedures, preparing audit reports to identify shortcomings and make necessary recommendations.
- Conduct tax audits to verify proper disclosures and compliance with various tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of Audit Programs, actively following up and collecting information from clients.
- Stay continually updated with developments in Audit-related areas and take responsibility for keeping their teams informed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Successfully completed graduation and cleared both groups of the IPCC, with results pending for the second attempt.
- Possess proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in providing end-user support.
- Capable of establishing and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail is a fundamental trait.
- Exhibit analytical ability, decision-making skills, and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Hands-on experience in an analytical role focused on solving business problems.
- Knowledgeable in visualization tools, with expertise in Power BI considered an added advantage.
- Familiarity with building and deploying solutions using Microsoft PowerApps.
