Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls from various countries, including the U.S, UK, Canada, Australia, in an International Process Job, providing product and service support.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Demonstrate strong logical reasoning and analytical skills in handling customer inquiries.
- Answer servicing questions and ensure effective communication during customer interactions.
- Possess the ability to engage with customers over calls and provide satisfactory support.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates with qualifications such as B.Com, BBA, BSc, BCA, BE, B.Tech, or BA, particularly freshers, are encouraged to apply.
