Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Equifax bureau in India to establish analytics capabilities based on bureau data and leverage modern technology for implementing solutions.
- Demonstrate independence in executing tasks, interpreting results, presenting findings, and producing documentation that substantiates a robust challenge to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess knowledge of credit bureau, housing, and/or demographic data, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and integrate diverse data sources into analytical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the BFSI Analytics practice by continuously identifying new opportunities.
- Understand key business and risk Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for retail banking products, extracting valuable insights from bureau datasets.
- Exhibit self-motivation, discipline, task focus, and the ability to structure and present work, while maintaining a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0 to 1 year of experience in handling BFSI analytics, implementing models, and working with Big Data or Cloud solution architecture.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, and R.
- Have a solid understanding of retail banking products.
- Exhibit analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Showcase adaptability to engage in project-based assignments across various banking clients.
- Be a collaborative team player.
- Highlight self-starter qualities with high energy levels, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Display self-motivation, discipline, task focus, the ability to structure and present work, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines.
