Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reactive customer issues through email and chat channels.
- Conduct outreach via phone as needed.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently and within established timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and contribute to initiatives improving team performance and processes.
- Exceed specified targets for turnaround time and delivery quality, paying attention to details.
- Adhere to defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA), including the outlook issue resolution process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sellers and account managers on various issues such as defect review/removal, eMBG case review/auctioning, technical problems, product issues, and standards/policy-related concerns affecting sales growth.
- Resolve eBay-specific impediments to growth and sales for merchants, including defect reviews/removal, eMBG case review/action, technical issues, and adherence to standards and policies.
- Coach merchants to proactively address issues and policies, fostering a proactive approach to avoidance.
- Interact with internal partners, advisors, policy makers, and technical teams to facilitate speedy issue resolution.
- Establish a trusting relationship between eBay and customers, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Share timely findings with Account Managers and key stakeholders.
- Share acquired knowledge with the team during daily huddles, focusing on exciting or unique issues and queries worked on.
- Demonstrate empathy towards customer concerns and display a sincere desire to serve, taking ownership through to resolution.
- Utilize negotiation and influence skills when necessary to advocate on behalf of eBay and/or the customer.
- Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate strong probing and problem-solving skills.
- Possess multitasking abilities, including the capacity to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of MS Office, with a particular emphasis on proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel.
- Additional advantage includes proficiency in data interpretation and a thorough understanding of quality insights necessary for success in this role.
