Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with B2B and D2C campaign teams to identify opportunities for incorporating paid social strategies in support of campaigns across the UK and Europe.
- Consider and align social plans with the success metrics of broader campaigns to ensure cohesive and impactful strategies.
- Manage and implement the organic social media calendar for B2B and D2C, working closely with marketing and insights stakeholders.
- Execute end-to-end paid social campaigns for both B2B and D2C audiences, spanning various platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create and brief social assets, ensuring creative consistency across both organic and paid platform presences.
- Conduct performance analysis, deriving actionable recommendations for optimization and informing the development of future campaigns.
- Monitor and share social media trends and industry insights, exploring new opportunities to effectively reach target audiences.
- Provide support to teams across other paid media channels, including display, PPC, and Google Shopping.
- Manage the upload of HTML-coded marketing copy for new products to the product data system, applying semantic HTML and best practice SEO principles for clarity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support product description data feeds, developing a detailed understanding of drivers within the product data system to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to customers.
- Undertake various activities on a less frequent basis to support seasonal initiatives and business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in developing and implementing paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, with experience in utilizing Social Media martech and collaborating with suppliers.
- Demonstrated strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Skilled in extracting and analyzing performance analytics for diverse social media platforms.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in generating diverse social media assets, including moving and static images, videos, and animations.
- Hands-on experience in deploying display, PPC, and Google Shopping ads.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining product information on e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with the best practices in applying semantic HTML.
