Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage multiple core delivery line items, contributing to the team’s technical competence, organizational initiatives, self-learning, and enablement.
- Provide guidance and technical direction to team members and PSG, as appropriate, ensuring effective task tracking at a personal level while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
- Develop detailed and realistic estimates to facilitate project planning and execution.
- Deliver successful solutions to company business and technical issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC and possess extensive knowledge of Java and J2EE, along with a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Showcase expertise in TIBCO EBX, covering Repository, Data Models, Data Sets, Data Spaces, Perspectives, Directory Handler, Workflow Models, Permissions, Basic Rules, Advanced Controls, and Properties.
- Demonstrate proficiency in EBX Java API’s and Eclipse IDE or any other IDE for Java API configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Exhibit a passion for technology, displaying a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging trends.
- Possess knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of Linux commands to enhance operational efficiency.
- Have a conceptual understanding of enterprise architecture integration, business process management, and service-oriented architecture.
