Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, analyze, extract, and enter data into work tools with a focus on high quality, adhering to guideline specifications.
- Demonstrate understanding of dataset functionality, workflows, and possess a strong working knowledge of relevant work tools.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets by consistently delivering outcomes with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for new data collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
- Engage in project work, ensuring timely completion while maintaining desired quality standards.
- Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team as needed.
- Assist the team in improving workflows and processes within the department.
- Foster technical expertise within the department through proactive initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in information technologies, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Consideration for MBA/M.COM candidates with a strong academic track record.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a proactive drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Exhibit strong mathematical and numeracy skills.
- Possess robust analytical and communication skills.
- Showcase a good understanding of Python and SQL languages.
- Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of databases, including SQL Server or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of ETL framework and tools, such as Alteryx.
- Exhibit effective problem-solving skills.
- Display strong attention to detail in tasks and projects.
- Ability to thrive in an agile team environment.
- Certification and practical knowledge/experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A background in Finance or related fields is preferred.
