Key Responsibilities :
- Occupying a role within Fluence’s software engineering team, specifically contributing to the Nispera Asset Performance Management (APM) platform.
- Based at Fluence’s excellence center in Bangalore, the position reports to the Nispera software engineering team situated in India and Europe.
- Functioning as a Junior API developer for web applications, collaborating closely with seasoned software engineers to create interfaces connecting frontends and backends.
- Key responsibilities involve the implementation, documentation, and maintenance of containerized Rest API applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a BSc or higher degree in computer science or a closely related field.
- Have a minimum of one year of professional experience in API development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in either Node.js or Python.
- Exhibit experience in working with relational databases and in Linux environments.
- Showcase the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred skills:
- Possess knowledge of the energy industry.
- Have experience in working and delivering products and services within agile environments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in cloud infrastructure and services.
- Showcase experience in containerization and micro-services architectures.
