Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver essential activities, analyses, reports, and processes related to HR Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Commercials. Collaborate with TCs as needed to provide insights supporting TC Leadership Teams in managing cost and FTE commitments, facilitating relevant decision-making.
- Facilitate the delivery of Finance-mandated activities, ensuring a consistent approach and timely delivery of high-quality outputs by working closely with TCs.
- Offer subject matter expertise and collaborative partnership to key stakeholders across the HR Function, emphasizing precision in FTE and Commercials management, including the identification of cost-reduction opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to derive insights and construct a compelling narrative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting high-quality papers that provide clear updates.
- Resilience – the ability to respond positively to changes, maintaining poise, focus, and flexibility when facing difficulties or obstacles.
Preferred skills:
- Proven ability to support in managing costs and FTE, including the development of reporting and the delivery of budget and forecast processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting high-quality papers with clear updates.
- Demonstrated ability to present and explain complex subject matter to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Relevant experience within HR, Group Finance, and/or Business Management.
