Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers comprehensively with billing, package-related, and technical support queries as a customer service associate.
- Personalize conversations, exhibit strong communication skills, and identify sales opportunities during interactions.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, take ownership of tasks, and embrace feedback to enhance performance.
- Multi-task efficiently using various applications while adhering to key compliance measures.
- Work within the Query Management team to handle Inbound/Outbound calls and provide e-mail/chat support for prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Align with the Service Desk Voice Support team to perform day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and resolving disputes by coordinating with customers.
- Review service requests within the predefined scope of support, record, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer-raised incidents.
- Manage unplanned interruptions to swiftly restore normal service operations, particularly for voice interactions.
