Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Collect information from diverse sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration models to identify patterns and trends.
- Formulate and implement record management processes and policies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships across all levels of the client base, comprehending their needs.
- Provide clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews.
- Recognize opportunities for process efficiency improvements and automation.
- Establish and manage automated data processes.
- Identify, assess, and integrate external services and tools for data validation and cleansing.
- Generate and monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of data content.
- Design and execute surveys, analyzing survey data in accordance with customer requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets related to customers’ businesses and generate reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
- Develop data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to illustrate business performance and provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Extract and analyze extensive datasets, draw valid conclusions, and effectively present them to management using reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and share insights with clients based on their specific requirements.
