Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement new security roles based on identified business requirements.
- Actively participate in testing processes to ensure accurate security design and implementation.
- Prepare and update documentation outlining security requirements, roles, and configurations for SAP HR and HR portal security.
- Manage roles to align with corporate standards, consider data privacy requirements, and meet business needs.
- Resolve authorization and security issues promptly and with a sense of urgency.
- Run security-related audit reports to assess and enhance system security.
- Collaborate with COHRE to work with implementation teams and HR business partners, understanding business requirements and translating them into security roles for SAP backend, Success Factors, and HR portal.
- Oversee Global Portal Content management.
- Develop and maintain portal documentation and training materials.
- Ensure Portal Content adheres to the Company’s established standards.
- Serve as a Content Management System (CMS) expert, offering support to portal publishers globally.
- Collaborate with COHRE to work with implementation teams and HR business partners, understanding business requirements and translating them into appropriate portal design specifications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a BS/BA degree, or any combination of knowledge, skill, and ability that meets the minimum occupational qualifications.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR or IT within a corporate business environment.
- Preferred experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite tools is preferred.
