Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and define functional requirements for user stories, including requirements and acceptance criteria.
Design, develop, and deliver reporting and analytic solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence tools, Snowflake, SAP Hana/Business Objects, and Power BI or Tableau.
Develop code in Advanced SQL and Python, complete unit testing, participate in code reviews, document solution delivery, and coordinate deployment.
Provide support for operational reporting requirements from Singapore and US teams, ensuring prompt delivery.
Assist the development team in understanding functional requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with the global user base and BI analysts to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Drive effective agile project management by actively engaging in the scrum development process.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations of the solution.
Provide functional support to business team members during testing and deployment phases.
Collaborate with teams to deliver effective, high-value reporting solutions using an established delivery methodology.

Eligibility Criteria:

Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (expected completion in 2023) or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields of study.

Preferred skills:

Possesses outstanding skills in SQL and Python programming.
Has a decent knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
Demonstrates basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Nice to have knowledge in UiPath or Blue Prism for automating manual work by developing standardized bots for business purposes.
