Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client needs and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and timely delivery of client requirements and project objectives.
- Utilize Cint’s proprietary software, the marketplace, to design and implement sample plans for various studies.
- Acquire expertise in the project management suite and marketplace tools.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a consistently high level of quality across all studies.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Market Research Industry and leverage Lucid’s marketplace technology to address industry challenges.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends, to accommodate clients in different time zones, particularly those in the United States.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or MBA for both graduates and postgraduates.
- Possesses 1-3 years of experience in Project Management/Client Services within the same industry.

- Demonstrates the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and clients within stringent deadlines.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, a self-motivated mindset, and a drive to achieve revenue goals.
