Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in establishing a process capability assessment, designing the process layout, and developing tooling and equipment.
- Collaborate with the facilities and maintenance team to implement improvements, ensuring the necessary product capacity and capability align with customer demand.
- Validate design specifications and oversee the application of new products, tools, or equipment on the shop floor.
- Address and troubleshoot shop floor issues related to Manufacturing Engineering (ME), analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to meet on-time product dispatch.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Develop routings for the manufacturing of parts and assemblies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses a BS or MS degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- Maintains a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
- Holds a B.E. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
