Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Conduct business analysis encompassing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses.
- Ensure 100% accuracy through testing and quality assurance of dashboard outputs.
- Assist BA Leads in drafting business requirement documents and DUC requirements.
- Execute QA/testing processes for changes and new dashboards in production, guaranteeing 100% accuracy.
Key Responsibilities for Data Analytics:
- Lead data analytics and insight generation initiatives using hands-on data science techniques.
- Develop an experimental framework for efficient data collection as required.
- Define a comprehensive analytics approach by integrating business knowledge, statistical methodologies, data techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
- Construct models and data applications to generate actionable insights, along with creating impactful visualizations that convey simplified insights messaging.
- Engage with business and functional stakeholders across the organization throughout the analytics initiatives and development process.
- Synthesize business needs and identify optimal data solutions to address those needs.
- Present data insights, deliver business value, and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Skilled in data query and analysis, specifically in SQL.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
- Familiarity with Alteryx is considered an advantageous skill.
Preferred skills:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Alternatively, holds an MBA from a reputable institution.
- Technical writing skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and knowledge of R is considered a plus.
