Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procedures to meet internal and external SLAs with high-quality standards.
- Train and certify, as applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Perform data entry via databases in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop and recommend solutions for process improvements, actively supporting the implementation of new processes and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to complete day-to-day business as usual (BAU) activities.
- Provide support during on-call rotations or off-shift availability, as required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or Client Service representatives.
- Research and respond to E&Y Audit requests as necessary.
- Assist Process/Team Lead in creating and gathering data for KPIs and metrics.
- Support Process Lead/Team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or other Media-related disciplines.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering quality results on time with high attention to detail.
- Utilize logical reasoning to analyze data, draw conclusions, and effectively convey results.
- Fluent in the English language, showcasing effective writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Capable of working accurately under deadlines and willing to work outside regular business hours, as required.
- Possess good typing speed.
- Demonstrate a passion for consuming Podcasts, TV shows, and movies.
- Stay updated with the latest news, especially on social networks, related to American television, cinema, and sports.
