Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, assembly, and updating of test objects, including Vehicles, Engines, Transmissions, CABs, E-Mob, utilizing virtual tools and techniques.
• Provide support for routine activities related to Problem Solving, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the performance of Product Builds through involvement in both virtual and physical build activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in professional endeavors.
• Possess organizational skills, discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively with experienced professionals.
• Take proactive steps to explore emerging technologies that support Virtual Product Development and Simulations.
• Engage in outreach and networking with cross-functional teams to explore possibilities and formalize collaborations.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), CAD Virtual Tools, AR/VR, and IPS (Industrial Path Solutions).
• Familiarity with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) SEC 22(B), with eligibility to apply for job openings upon completion of the apprenticeship term.

Preferred skills:

• Possess a background in any Engineering stream, such as Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn the tools and techniques utilized in daily operations.
• Have experience in completing Engineering Projects that involve CAD, Virtualization, and/or simulations.
• Exhibit an innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
