Key Responsibilities for Trainee:
- Collaborate closely with the Vendor Manager on the Saks team to address and resolve customer queries.
- Actively participate in team meetings to assess and review the performance of the previous day.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of creative real-time approaches to ensure comprehensive coverage across multiple channels, fostering operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrate a strong vocabulary in email communications with customers, particularly in conveying issue resolutions and following correct procedures based on the specific case type.
- Provide accurate and pertinent information to customers through effective communication.
- Update notes on the case management tool as part of maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Key Responsibilities for Intern:
- Assist in the design, installation, and configuration of Cloud Infrastructure, specifically in AWS and Azure environments.
- Identify, categorize, and respond to events related to Network, Security, and Compute systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates for cloud systems and applications, including activities like patching, backup, and recovery.
- Provide support for and monitor Infrastructure and IT security systems.
- Support and enhance existing Business Applications.
- Participate actively in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of project deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and developments to remain up-to-date in the field.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Contributes to the support of Linux and Windows systems.
- Participates in the utilization of IT security monitoring tools and access control measures.
- Possesses a solid understanding of full-stack development.
- Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ensures consistency in testing procedures and tracks success criteria.
- Requires proficient hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel.
