Key Responsibilities:
- Execute basic software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
- Write secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language, with guidance from peers.
- Interpret architecture and design representations, along with nonfunctional requirements, to develop secure and stable software aligned with a defined architecture.
- Actively employ automation to minimize manual tasks in the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Address basic code quality issues.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize basic data sets for technical troubleshooting and generating insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Break down routine technical tasks to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to a team culture that emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess foundational knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes specific to a given technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, Android, etc.).
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams, with a commitment to achieving organizational goals and fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.
- Showcase coding proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Understand software skills encompassing business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
- Proficient in the use of Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, and JSP.
- Possess basic knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and React.js.
