Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in minimal customer interaction under guidance.
- Perform data entry from source documents into the respective Clinical/Safety database, ensuring adherence to turnaround times and accuracy standards.
- Handle more critical/sensitive transactions and serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Execute Data Management Activities, including data cleaning, manual and system checks, updating relevant trackers, managing discrepancies and queries, resolving issues, and conducting database lock activities.
- Actively participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and develop action plans, in coordination with the Team Leader, for activities not meeting client SLAs.
- Archive all necessary information for audit purposes according to quality and security requirements, ensuring reliable and timely retrieval of documentation and information.
- Provide support for multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas, ensuring successful conclusions and offering technical oversight when required.
- Update process documentation as appropriate, guided by established protocols.
- Participate in knowledge transfer processes.
