Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise job descriptions and specifications to align with organizational needs.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including databases, Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, establishing influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring comprehensive coverage from sourcing to onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Seeking candidates available for immediate joining.
- Mandatory requirements include possession of a laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi/broadband connection.
- Prior experience in working under high targets and meeting deadlines is essential.
Preferred skills:
- Desired experience level is between 0.6 to 3 years in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Be target-oriented and comfortable working within specified turnaround times (TAT).
- Possess excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
- Ensure access to a laptop and a mandatory Wi-Fi or broadband connection.
