- Collaborate with various departments to gain exposure to different facets of the business, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.
- Learn and apply essential managerial skills by working closely with experienced professionals and managers within the organization.
- Participate actively in training sessions and orientation programs to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s structure, policies, and procedures.
- Engage in on-the-job training to develop a thorough understanding of the industry, company products or services, and market dynamics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Courses and Discipline: Candidates pursuing full-time post-graduate management courses (MBA / MMS / PGDBA / PGDM) from a recognized university with specializations in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines will be considered for the Year of Passing (YoP) 2024.
- Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or an equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), graduation, and post-graduation examinations.
- Highest Qualification: Candidates are required to complete the course within the stipulated duration (i.e., no extended education).
- Graduation Background: A B.Tech / BE degree before pursuing an MBA is a mandatory prerequisite for candidates in the selection process.
- Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT: Only one backlog is permitted for students graduating in 2024. However, all pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated course duration.
- Gap / Break in Education: Declaration of any gaps in education is mandatory. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof will be checked for gaps in education.
- Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered; part-time or correspondence courses will not be accepted. Candidates who completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary courses from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are eligible if the other courses are completed full-time.
- Work Experience: Candidates with prior work experience (part-time/full-time) of up to 2 years are eligible to apply. They must declare this experience in the TCS application form and provide necessary supporting documents during the TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as required.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old during the TCS selection process.
