Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to insurance companies in the United States to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
- Analyzing medical insurance claims to uphold quality assurance standards.
- Addressing moderately routine questions using pre-established guidelines for resolution.
- Conducting routine research on customer inquiries.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, including all products, services, and processes carried out by the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a University Degree or an equivalent qualification that entails three years of formal studies.
- Possession of a high school diploma.
- Availability to work consistently scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, either from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Preferred skills:
- 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role, involving written or verbal correspondence with English-speaking customers.
- 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role, requiring the application of business rules to diverse factual situations and the ability to make appropriate decisions.
- Display of proficient computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, along with proficient time management and organizational abilities.
