Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients in adopting CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
  • Lead teams in the implementation of accounting rules, such as Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and assess system impacts to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead projects encompassing design, build, and testing on Zuora platforms or in-house CPQ systems, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead the design of use cases, test cases, and test results based on business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or gaps in client process designs to enhance interaction between people and systems.
  • Work on multiple projects to deliver end-to-end solutions, integrating with client systems and conducting unit and system testing.
  • Effectively communicate and provide consulting experiences to global clients.
  • Manage the team while actively participating in hands-on technical development for solutions utilizing Zuora CPQ & Billing and related technologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Solid foundation in accounting with a deep understanding of Zuora CPQ and Subscription Billing.
  • Expertise in transformation projects and hands-on experience in implementing the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle.
  • Proficient in comprehending OTC cycle intricacies, system integration, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and status reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
  • Capability to work independently while fostering effective coordination within the team, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful conclusions.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficient in implementing Subscription CPQ, Billing, and Revenue solutions, utilizing revenue management tools such as Zuora and Salesforce Billing.
  • Hands-on experience in data integration, particularly with tools like Zuora Revenue Management System (RMS) to ERP systems.
  • Background in consulting, bringing valuable expertise and insights to client engagements.
