Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with internal divisions such as business, IT, human resources, etc.
- Lead, direct, and manage a variety of administrative activities for the Recruitment Team.
- Gather, organize, and maintain recruitment-related data and information on action items, follow-up issues, and communicate the status to recruiters and managers.
- Ensure data repositories are kept up-to-date for Management Information System (MIS) purposes.
- Prepare and provide information reports to stakeholders when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to create, maintain, and publish MIS on a daily basis.
- Provide support in recruitment initiatives conducted by the department.
- Ensure daily data reporting to reporting authorities, maintaining error-free MIS records.

- Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized institute
