Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, HTML, or equivalent, and familiarity with various SAS technologies is highly desired.
- Assist in decomposing requirements into backlog items, maintain them in Azure DevOps, and ensure the clarity and accuracy of epics, features, and user stories.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies and provide support for testing activities, including documentation, as part of end-to-end requirements facilitation.
- Support training and communication functions, creating and managing documents, emails, images, and potentially videos for end-user enablement.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Excel, budget management, Agile methodologies, understanding hardware specifications, and procurement.
- Comprehend the broader ITSM role in Micron and related applications to effectively deliver business requirements.
- Exhibit the ability to multitask, think creatively, question conventional approaches, and facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and analyze reports to maintain effective inventory levels.
- Possess minimal knowledge of different applications such as SAP, Ariba, and Service Now.
- Gather, collate, and summarize data to support metrics and reporting for the program.
- Assist in assessing and validating proposed solutions for viability and alignment with the organization’s roadmap.
- Develop and implement complex business analysis plans and initiate process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to modify or tailor existing analyses or reports to meet specific needs or identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
- Develop metrics, collect data to identify root causes of problems, measure performance against process requirements, and conduct cost and benefit analyses.
