- Facilitate the development and upkeep of monthly schedules for call center agents.
- Coordinate and manage staff training schedules.
- Assist supervisors in selecting optimal times for product knowledge tests, coaching sessions, and establish consistent meeting schedules to accommodate departmental requests.
- Formulate schedules for the transition of new hires.
- Efficiently generate last-minute meeting schedules, such as those for senior management visits or company changes debriefing, with turnaround times as short as one hour.
- Supervise and manage vacation requests, unpaid leaves, illness coverage, and time bank for all staff members, providing support to supervisors and the helpdesk.
- Substantial experience in workforce management within a call center setting.
- Post-secondary education, with a strong preference for candidates holding a degree or diploma in Business Management or an Administrative field.
- Additional experience in call centers is a valuable asset.
- Proficient analytical skills with a proven track record in both short-term and long-term forecasting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, V Lookup, H Lookup, and basic macros.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt to new techniques and processes.
- Strong enthusiasm for Internet research.
- Access to a broadband internet connection, computer, and required software (to be provided at your own expense).
- Preferred educational level/certification: High School degree or higher (Additional freelance opportunities may emerge for contributing to other tasks).
- Successful completion of online assessments, showcasing proficiency in adhering to guidelines.
