Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for clients on the Sprinto platform, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers, providing updates on product enhancements and action plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing our product offering.
- Actively engage in customer advocacy initiatives, including client testimonials, G2 reviews, and case studies.
- Focus on customer and revenue retention, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and commitment from Sprinto clients.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team when needed, addressing inquiries about the product.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

- You possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, especially when engaging with customers.
- Your proficiency extends to discussing cloud technology concepts like S3 buckets, DB encryption, and Virtual Private Cloud, showcasing a solid understanding of these terms.
