Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the trusted and primary point of contact for employees, offering guidance, coaching, and support throughout their career journey.
- Conduct high-touch, one-on-one career discussions with employees to foster appropriate expectations, bridge cultural gaps, and provide a truly human career experience.
- Assist employees in connecting with suitable projects, identifying internal roles based on their interests and aspirations.
- Take ownership of resolving issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance achievement through performance counseling.
- Facilitate HR coaching during the performance cycle and contribute to annual compensation reviews and variable pay administration.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on navigating the organization, broader performance goals, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and recommend suitable talent for development programs.
- Address specific business needs related to engagement, attrition, and change management through special projects tailored to the group’s requirements.
- Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
