Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming customer ticket requests and appropriately route them for efficient handling.
- Respond directly to customer inquiries regarding specific task responsibilities.
- Track and advance open tickets within agreed-upon time frames to ensure timely customer/internal responses.
- Proactively take ownership of and work on resolving tickets.
- Identify common or recurring operational issues in support queues and assist customers in reaching resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce and manage ticket volumes more efficiently through process or management changes.
- Escalate support requests (via phone or ticket) following established escalation procedures.
- Manage support requests and coordinate efforts between Rackspace and customer support teams to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures as directed.
- Utilize business knowledge, networks, and commercial acumen to see tickets through to completion.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Undergraduate
Preferred skills:
- Successful completion of ticket workload.
- Customer satisfaction gauged through Net Promoter Score (NPS) Ticket score.
- Achievement of performance accuracy measures.
- Aim for a world-class target of 80% for the Net Promoter Score, including NPS-T scores.
- Active engagement with every customer within their customer base.
- Effective ticket and workload management.
