Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting general accounting tasks and accurately recording financial transactions.
- Executing reconciliations of accounts, thoroughly investigating discrepancies.
- Performing analysis related to accounting and generating reports to address finance queries.
- Executing month-end book closing and reporting activities.
- Providing support to the team leader during audits.
- Undertaking additional activities as needed to fulfill stakeholder requirements.
- Serve as a Finance Analyst, reporting directly to the Accounting and Reporting Manager for Finance Operational Services in Bangalore, India.
- Undertake responsibilities related to general accounting, reporting, and consolidation, adhering to established strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver specified services to internal stakeholders with a focus on ensuring the highest quality and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated flexibility to work during various shift timings.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
