Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customer lifecycle campaigns on owned media for the Brand team, overseeing one or more Lines of Business (LOBs) – redBus, rYde, and redRail.
- Manage end-to-end execution and rollout of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing campaigns for the India market, International markets, and New Lines of Business.
- Define the Events structure for marketing automation tools, collaborating with the tech/product team for events configuration.
- Possess mandatory knowledge of working with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage and Clevertap.
- Configure, validate, and report on campaigns within marketing automation tools. Formulate CLM strategy, including content, frequency, and touchpoints, for both new and existing segments.
- Optimize targeting, communication, and channels for existing and new campaigns.
- Analyze Campaign, Business, Source, Event, GA, and other relevant data to identify opportunities for improving CLM performance and propose new customer segments.
- Manage Adhoc CLM marketing campaigns across Push, Mail, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
- Extract customer data through SQL queries from Automation tools and data servers for data analysis and campaign execution.
- Track customer loyalty metrics and campaign metrics at both weekly and daily levels.
- Manage relationships with multiple external vendors and agencies for the execution and analysis of CLM campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Application and Marketing.
Preferred skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and practical familiarity with Python (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a natural focus on detail.
