Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end training for different Marketing Authorizations (MA) and Global programs as per the defined scope.
- Input and update courses and Learning Objects into the Learning Management System (LMS) according to approved and defined standards.
- Build course items, schedule offerings, and upload/retire content in the LMS.
- Regularly update cases in the case management system to supervise Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and volume.
- Handle the class roster, monitor enrollment, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Provide records and generate management reports as required.
- Address or escalate LMS issues to responsible groups.
- Maintain accurate information in the LMS for employees and managers to find applicable learning events.
- Coordinate with training participants, course facilitators, and, when necessary, external vendors.
- Manage non-LMS activities, including training room booking, refreshment booking, instructor procurement, and training material booking and procurement.
- Support with related learning tools outside of the LMS.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on cases if required.
- Perform second-line support for employees and operational line managers.
- Align with regional and global mandatory directives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and pursuing MBA in HR.
