Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and apply strong domain expertise in BFSI throughout project execution.
- Possess functional expertise in Asset Finance and Fleet Finance processes.
- Capture user stories and business requirements, develop As-Is process maps, conduct GAP analysis, and create To-Be process maps using TCS/client-provided templates.
- Analyze client data and construct operational business models aligned with specified requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner in crafting user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and process risk parameters.
- Present findings in a concise and accurate manner.
- Contribute to transformation projects within the designated domain.
- Provide timely and precise inputs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT) activities.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and compile accurate reports.
- Work collaboratively as a team player, motivating and inspiring colleagues for optimal performance and output.
Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in the role of a business analyst within Agile projects.
- Sound understanding of the Asset Finance and Fleet Finance domain.
- Working knowledge of software technologies and banking applications.
- Proficient in deploying solutions and utilizing templates and frameworks.
- Familiarity with process mapping methodology and terminology using BPM platforms.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project Plan, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver timely resolutions.
