Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, business analysis, and presentation development.
- Organize intricate information strategically, showcasing strong design skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Develop wireframes and mock-ups iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Effectively communicate with key business partners to comprehend project requirements and drive subsequent actions.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
- Collect and manage internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
- Engage in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, consistently seeking opportunities to simplify, enhance, and add value to existing business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering punctual, high-quality presentations and/or reports across various projects and for diverse stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail is essential, with a continuous emphasis on design excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to articulate and justify design decisions thoughtfully.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in all MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.
- Self-motivated and tenacious, capable of working with a high degree of independence.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
