Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate sales-qualified leads.
- Pose relevant questions to comprehend the lead and guide them through the presales process.
- Manage the complete sales qualification life cycle for assigned leads, including cold calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all interactions with leads and consistently provide feedback on lead quality to the relevant team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Lead Generation Associate possessing strong communication skills in Hindi (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and proficient in English.
- Individuals with a systematic approach to constructing sales funnels, monitoring feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently surpassing targets within specified deadlines.
- Demonstrates a sales-oriented mindset, effectively communicating high-paying career opportunities to potential learners and generating sales-qualified leads.
- Openness to working in a high-growth startup environment.
Preferred skills:
- Fluent in Hindi as a native speaker.
- Proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
