Key Responsibilities:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities with strong client interaction skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS-Office, adept at creating process flows using online platforms or Visio.
  • Punctual, adaptable, and possesses a proactive “can-do” attitude.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, agility, and strong time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Capable of following defined processes, adapting to changes, and working autonomously with authenticity and integrity.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement, streamlining, or automation wherever applicable.
  • Exhibits a team-player mentality and the ability to work proactively within a team.

Preferred skills:

  • Previous experience in supporting or maintaining any ERP system.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a proven track record.
  • Proficient in quickly learning new systems.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including night shifts, is a requirement.
  • Capable of working efficiently and independently.
  • Experience in distilling and updating complex functional knowledge for use in problem resolution.
